STEP ONE: Getting to know you
Get acquainted. I believe that as a freelance graphic designer in Singapore, providing creative services goes both ways. The client and the creative talent should have a mutual desire to work with each other. Clients, to have trust and admiration for the designer's work and for the designer to believe in the client's product and vision. Get in touch and you've already checked the first step.
Upon our conversation in step one, we'll then proceed to collaborate and find a suitable identity and visual representation of your brand or project. Presented with mood boards, design inspirations, colour scheme and visual tone, you'll have a concise idea and vision to proceed on for the next exciting step; designing.
STEP TWO: Design Consultation
STEP 3: Creative Work In Progress
This is where the fun and creative actualisation begins. The journey from the first draft to the final will be an amazing phase to look back on. I see it as an experiment with a creative hypothesis and the final conclusion might sometimes surprise you.
Design and creativity is subjective. So don't worry, an open and honest conversation is key for us both to be happy. This final step is important as both clients and designers need to feel confident of the design to be viewed.
